HRID has a partnership with a renowned school at Dhaka named Alor Dhara School, where HRID has been providing yearlong support for its Teachers’ Capacity Development. Since 2018, HRID has been providing a series of training and workshop on a) Classroom Management b) Materials Development c) English teaching and learning, and d) General pedagogy. All the trainings were provided as continuous basis with a follow-up mechanism so that teachers can learn, practice and share their experience throughout the training period.
