Dr Sharmistha Das, International Education Specialist. She has gained her MA in English Literature at Visva Bharati University, India and MEd in Education from University of Leeds, England. She also got her PhD in Education from University of Aberdeen. Ms. Sharmistha worked Scotland School of Education at University of Aberdeen as Lecturer, Assessment and Evaluation Unit, University of Leeds as Researcher. She has worked on developing policies related to education like DFID’s Girls Education in South Sudan. She has done many research and professional development framework and materials, children learning books and so on. She has been working in different countries such as Scotland, Nigeria, Arnhem, The Netherlands etc. She is HRID Education Adviser.
