From August 2024 to January 2025, HRID collaborated with Chemonics International on the USAID-funded Higher Secondary Education Activity (HSEA) project (2023–2028) to conduct a comprehensive baseline study across Bangladesh. This study established critical benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of teacher training programs, focusing on enhancing teaching-learning methodologies, strengthening monitoring and mentoring systems, and improving the overall educational environment at the higher secondary level. By collecting and analyzing data

from diverse educational institutions, HRID provided actionable insights to support evidence-based interventions for quality education.
