HRID partnered with Chemonics International from February 2024 to May 2024 under the USAID-funded HSEA project (2023–2028) to conduct a nationwide Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for higher secondary education in Bangladesh. The TNA aimed to identify gaps in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for college teachers, principals, vice-principals, and education leaders (Grades 11–12). By assessing current practices, HRID pinpointed critical needs in skills, values, and competencies, laying the foundation for tailored training programs to elevate teaching quality and foster effective educational leadership at the higher secondary level.
