As a development professional, Rubayet Mollika Rahman has about 16 years career in the development field. She has worked in the managerial and technical positions with expertise of strategic planning, managing, implementing, coordinating and conducting project-based training on various issues, She has also proven good advisory skills in social mobilization, networking, advocacy and liaise with govt. officials, policy makers and other counterparts. The professional experience over this period achieved skills in coordination, negotiation, sustainability and institutionalization, partnerships development and capacity building of different stakeholder.

She has been working in multicultural, multidisciplinary, long- and short-term projects funded by DFID, USAID, Swiss Embassy and CORDAID and others.
